  10. Surfer Central (v1.21) is a useful tool for Windows 
  11. 3.1 (and later) that allows you to manage all of 
  12. your Internet addresses, including E-Mail, WWW, FTP, 
  13. FSP, Gopher, Archie and Telnet, in a convenient and 
  14. simple fashion. Each address contains customizable 
  15. fields that are unique to the 7 <<user-definable>> 
  16. address types. In addition, each site may be assigned 
  17. to a subcategory according to personal tastes. Sites 
  18. in a Netscape bookmark file and/or a Mosaic hotlist 
  19. file can be imported and categorized. Surfer Central 
  20. also contains a user-definable toolbar for all your 
  21. Winsock applications. Finally, customizable site 
  22. lists can be generated at the click of a button 
  23. containing all or some of the addresses in the current 
  24. Internet address database. A detailed help file and 
  25. on-line user guide is included containing full
  26. details about the program.
